Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.
However, if your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, the cancellation request may not be accepted.

Note: Cancellations are not applicable on certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, clearance items, or any other items marked as non-cancellable.
Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable Items
Grabiko does not accept cancellation requests for:
Perishable products
Custom-made or personalized items
Items marked as non-returnable
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items such as Nose Pins (Naths), Toe Rings, Earrings, or any sets that include these products.
However, exceptions may apply if the product received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
📦 Original Condition and Packaging
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
Products must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original packaging, including tags, labels, manuals, and accessories, must be included.
Incomplete returns may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trusted courier service with tracking to ensure safe and traceable delivery of returned items.
Damaged / Defective Product Returns
If your order arrives in damaged or defective condition, or you receive the wrong item, please:
To ensure a smooth return process, Take clear Unboxing video evidence of the issue starting from breaking the seal and continuing until all items are clearly shown.
Report it to our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery. Any requests received after this period may not be accepted.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue.
Tip: Always inspect the package at the time of delivery, especially for fragile or high-value items.
Product Not As Described / Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied with the product due to:
Quality concerns
Mismatch with product description/images
Wrong item sent
Please contact us within 48 Hours of receiving the item. After reviewing your request, we will offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Manufacturer Warranty Products
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., electronics, tools, branded appliances):
All issues must be addressed directly with the brand or manufacturer.
Grabiko will support you with contact details and warranty claim guidance where possible.
Refund Process & Timelines
Once your cancellation or return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated to your provided bank or UPI account.
🚫 Parcel Rejection or Denial at Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid or COD parcel after it has been shipped, the following deductions will be applied before processing any refund:
Shipping Charges: Double the original shipping fee will be deducted (to cover both delivery and return logistics).
Packing Charges: 10% of the product value will be deducted to recover handling and packing material costs.
📌 Please avoid rejecting shipped parcels unless absolutely necessary, as it results in unnecessary resource loss for all parties.
🔍 Inspection & Approval Process
Once we receive the returned product, our quality check team will inspect the item based on the above conditions. A refund will be approved only if:
The product was not damaged or misused during your possession.
It matches the original product and order placed.
It is returned with all original packaging and documentation.
